🏘 Residential Workforce Housing Program
Stability While You Build
Program Overview
The Residential Workforce Housing Program provides safe, structured, shared living housing for individuals who are employed or actively participating in workforce training. Through contracted partnerships with apartment communities and housing providers, P.A.T.H. Initiative Inc. secures designated units for workforce participants who need stable housing while working toward financial independence. This program bridges the gap between employment and long-term housing stability.

  • Have jobs but cannot qualify for housing due to credit or rental history
  • Are transitioning from unstable environments
  • Are rebuilding after hardship

This program removes the housing barrier so participants can focus on employment, training, income growth, and long-term housing goals.

Residents must:

Note: Not emergency shelter. This is workforce housing with structure.
